Intelligent Safe Electrical System

Led by Chennuo Electric, the team led by postdoctoral fellows of Harbin Institute of Technology and postdoctoral fellows of PLA Electrical Automation, together with experts in the electrical industry, has completed a new active intelligent and safe power system after years of research and development and continuous improvement. This system mainly prevents and protects the aging of electrical lines, electrical fires caused by insulation faults of lines or equipment, and electric shock casualties in the low-voltage power supply network.

No injury: When the human body mistakenly touches a wire at the output end of the equipment with one hand, the current passing through the human body is lower than the specified safety current of 10mA (the factory equipment < 1mA, after connecting the line and load, this value changes with the line condition and different load characteristics), and the person can get rid of the power supply in time without causing casualties.

No fire: When the insulation of the power supply line and load equipment line controlled by the equipment is damaged, and the metal grounding short circuit of the line occurs, the arc spark can be effectively suppressed to avoid the occurrence of electrical fire accidents.

No leakage: the insulation of any phase line of the output line of the device is damaged, and there will be no leakage when the grounding short circuit is formed, and the power grid will not be blacked out, so as to ensure the continuous, safe and reliable power supply of the power grid.

Real-time monitoring: When the insulation of the output line or load of the device is damaged and the ground wire is short-circuited, the device can monitor the insulation resistance value in real time to ensure continuous power supply, and trigger the alarm prompt according to the set value.

Multiple protection: The equipment has the functions of overload, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, leakage and short circuit protection. When the measured value of the above parameters exceeds the set value, the device will prompt the corresponding alarm information and disconnect the output power supply to protect the safety of the line.

Working principle: Through a special exchange device, the system output line and the mains line are electrically damped, and the insulation monitoring circuit, electrical monitoring circuit, etc. are added, combined with the IT power distribution mode, when the line is short-circuited with the ground or people touch the line, no electrical circuit is formed to avoid arc sparks. At the same time, it is controlled within the safe current through the human body to the ground terminal current to avoid causing harm to people.

System composition: the use of advanced microelectronics technology, power electronics technology, measurement and control technology, signal processing technology, Internet of things information technology, cloud computing technology and other combination of safe power product solutions.
