Liquid-Cooled Battery Pack Module
Reinforced thick aluminum alloy baseplate with a hot-dip galvanized and sprayed exterior; completely new liquid cooling channel design with maximized channel area; modular design for easier maintenance, meeting requirements for electrical clearance and creepage distance; reliable laser welding between terminal poles and guide strips, with insulation sheets added between individual cells to enhance insulation level; precise monitoring of individual cell voltage and temperature; safety warning devices inside the pack, explosion-proof valve, and independent fire nozzle.
The enhanced thick aluminum alloy baseplate, treated with hot-dip galvanization and spraying, not only improves structural strength but also enhances corrosion resistance. The new liquid cooling channel design maximizes the channel area, achieving high energy-efficient cooling for the battery, ensuring stable performance in various operating environments.
The modular design facilitates easier maintenance while meeting the design requirements for electrical clearance and creepage distance, ensuring the safety of the battery system. In terms of details, reliable laser welding technology is used between the terminal poles and guide strips, ensuring a strong and conductive connection.
Insulation sheets are also added between individual cells to further improve the overall insulation level of the battery system, ensuring safe operation. Precise monitoring of individual cell voltage and temperature is implemented: safety warning devices inside the pack, explosion-proof valve, and independent fire nozzle.
