GGD Type Low Voltage Fixed Switchgear

The GGD Type AC Low Voltage Fixed Switchgear is used in power users such as power plants, substations, and industrial enterprises for AC systems operating at 50Hz, with a rated working voltage of 380V and a rated current of 5000A. It serves for the energy conversion, distribution, and control of power, lighting, and distribution equipment. The product features high breaking capacity, good thermal stability, flexible electrical schemes, convenient assembly, strong practicality, innovative structure, and high protection level. It can be used as an upgrade product for low-voltage switchgear. The GGD Type AC Low Voltage Fixed Switchgear complies with standards such as IEC 439 (Low Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear).

Feature

The cabinet door uses galvanized pivot hinges connected to the frame, allowing for easy installation and removal. The door edges are equipped with "mountain-type" rubber gaskets, providing a certain amount of compression travel to prevent direct collision between the door edges and the cabinet body, thus enhancing the door's protection level.

The instrument door, containing electrical components, is connected to the frame with multi-stranded soft copper wire. The mounting parts inside the cabinet are connected to the frame using grounding knurled screws, forming a complete grounding protection circuit.

The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed, facilitating the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for hoisting and transportation.

To enhance ventilation and heat dissipation, the lower part, rear upper part, and top of the cabinet are equipped with ventilation holes, creating a natural airflow during operation for better heat dissipation. The ventilation holes are sealed with wire mesh to ensure the cabinet's protection level.

The surface of the cabinet is treated with electrostatic spraying, providing strong adhesion and an attractive appearance, with a protection level of IP30. The exterior of the cabinet is made from steel plate that undergoes processes such as acid pickling, phosphating, and passivation before electrostatic spraying. All internal components are galvanized, and the busbar connection surfaces are tin-coated.

Environmental conditions of use

1. The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40°C, not lower than -10°C, and the average temperature within 24h is not more than +35°C

2. The daily average relative humidity of the surrounding environment shall not exceed 95%, the monthly average relative humidity shall not exceed 90%, the daily average water vapor pressure shall not exceed 2.2KP, and the monthly average water vapor pressure shall not exceed 1.8kP.

3. The altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m.

4. The maximum seismic intensity does not exceed 8 degrees.

5. The switch cabinet should be installed in an indoor place without fire, explosion hazard, serious pollution, chemical corrosive gas and violent vibration. Severe design under severe conditions meets the requirements of the class.

6. In areas with hot and humid temperature fluctuations, there will be the possibility of condensation in the switch cabinet, and the condensation controller and heater can be configured as needed to make the environment in the cabinet in an automatic control state to prevent the equipment from being damp and condensing.
