GGD Type Low Voltage Fixed Switchgear

GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises and other power users AC 50HZ, rated working voltage of 380V, rated working current of 5000A power distribution system, as for power, lighting and distribution equipment power conversion, distribution and control. The product has the characteristics of high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, convenient combination, strong practicability, novel structure and high protection level. It can be used as a replacement product for low-voltage switchgear. GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet conforms to IEC439 "low-voltage switchgear and control equipment", GB7251 "low-voltage switchgear" and other standards.

Feature

The cabinet door is connected to the frame by galvanized hinge hinge, which is easy to install and disassemble. The folding edge of the door is equipped with a "mountain-type" rubber insert, and the insert between the door and the cabinet body has a certain compression stroke when the door is closed, so as to prevent the door edge from colliding directly with the cabinet body, and improve the protection level of the door.

The instrument door with the electrical components is connected to the frame with multiple strands of soft copper wire. The installation parts in the cabinet are connected with grounding knurled screws between the frame, and the whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection circuit.

The top cover of the cabinet body can be removed when needed to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main bus bar on site, and the four corners of the cabinet roof are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipment.

In order to strengthen ventilation and heat dissipation, there are ventilation and heat dissipation holes in the lower, upper rear and top of the cabinet body, so that the cabinet body forms a natural ventilation channel in operation and has better heat dissipation performance. The heat dissipation holes are sealed with steel wire mesh to ensure the protection level of the cabinet.

The surface of the cabinet body is electrostatic spraying, with strong adhesion, beautiful appearance, and the protection level of the cabinet reaches IP30.

The steel plate for the outer surface of the cabinet is sprayed electrostatically after pickling, phosphating, passivation and other pretreatment processes. All the mounting parts in the cabinet are galvanized, and the lap surface of the busbar is tinned.

To enhance ventilation and heat dissipation, ventilation and heat dissipation holes are provided at the bottom, upper rear and top of the cabinet, so that the cabinet forms a natural ventilation duct during operation and has good heat dissipation performance. The heat dissipation holes are sealed with steel mesh to ensure the protection level of the cabinet.

The cabinet surface is electrostatically sprayed, with strong adhesion and beautiful appearance. The protection level of the cabinet reaches IP30.

Environmental conditions of use

1. The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40°C, not lower than -10°C, and the average temperature within 24h is not more than +35°C

2. The daily average relative humidity of the surrounding environment shall not exceed 95%, the monthly average relative humidity shall not exceed 90%, the daily average water vapor pressure shall not exceed 2.2KP, and the monthly average water vapor pressure shall not exceed 1.8kP.

3. The altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m.

4. The maximum seismic intensity does not exceed 8 degrees.

5. The switch cabinet should be installed in an indoor place without fire, explosion hazard, serious pollution, chemical corrosive gas and violent vibration. Severe design under severe conditions meets the requirements of the class.

6. In areas with hot and humid temperature fluctuations, there will be the possibility of condensation in the switch cabinet, and the condensation controller and heater can be configured as needed to make the environment in the cabinet in an automatic control state to prevent the equipment from being damp and condensing.
