Active Power Filter (APF)
The CN-APF series low-voltage active power filter is a new type of power harmonic treatment device that combines modern power electronics technology with high-speed digital signal processing technology. It consists of two main parts: the instruction current operation circuit and the compensation current generation circuit. The instruction current operation circuit monitors the current in the line in real-time and converts the analog current signal into a digital signal, which is sent to a high-speed digital signal processor (DSP) for processing. This separates harmonics from the fundamental wave and generates a pulse width modulation (PWM) signal to drive GBT or PB power modules, producing compensation current to effectively eliminate power harmonics.

1. High Efficiency and Energy Saving
Utilizes patented constant frequency PWM technology, featuring high tracking speed, low ripple, and low losses.
Low-loss amorphous alloy magnetic core reactors ensure low noise, high efficiency, and overall machine losses as low as 3%.
2. High Filtering Capability
Multi-DSP collaborative control provides high precision and fast response.
The harmonic removal rate for target harmonics can reach up to 97%, effectively filtering up to the 50th harmonic.
3. Multi-functionality and High Adaptability
Offers functions such as harmonic partial compensation, comprehensive reactive power compensation for harmonics, and active power balancing compensation.
Adaptable for stable operation in various complex environments, can be used in parallel with reactive power compensation cabinets.
Field-programmable source current and load current detection features, equipped with a true-color touch display, support bilingual interface in Chinese and English.
Comes with RS485 interface, compliant with the standard BODBUS CNU communication protocol for computer remote monitoring.

Designed according to industrial-grade standards for safety and reliability.
Rigorous thermal design ensures safe operation, with multiple protection features against over-voltage, over-current, and overheating.
Automatic current limiting after full load output prevents overload, with self-diagnosis capabilities for faults.
When the active power filter device is used, the model can be selected according to the measured value of the harmonic current. However, if there is no measured value, you can refer to the data in the following table for preliminary selection. |
