YB-10kV(12kV) Box-Type Substation

The YB-10kV(12kV) Box-Type Substation combine high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, and low-voltage electrical equipment into a compact, complete distribution device. They are used in urban high-rise buildings, urban-rural structures, luxury villas, parks, residential communities, high-tech development zones, small and medium-sized factories, mining oilfields, and temporary construction sites for power distribution systems to receive and distribute electrical energy. The YB-12 Box-Type Substation feature strong integration, compact size, reliable and safe operation, easy maintenance, and mobility. Compared to conventional civil-engineered substations, a box-type substation of the same capacity typically occupies only 1/10 to 1/5 of the area of a conventional substation, significantly reducing design and construction workloads and costs. In power distribution systems, it can be used for ring network distribution systems as well as dual power supply or radial terminal distribution systems, making it a new type of complete equipment for urban and rural substation construction and renovation.

1. Enclosure: The frame is constructed from high-quality channel steel and angle steel, providing high mechanical strength and good corrosion resistance. The aesthetically pleasing exterior can be painted to harmonize with the surrounding environment. The bottom lifting device facilitates convenient installation and transportation.

2. Compartments: The box transformer features independent high-voltage, transformer, and low-voltage compartments, with lighting that automatically activates when the doors are opened.
3. High-Voltage Room: The high-voltage room is equipped with high-voltage ring network switchgear. Users can select air-insulated or vacuum circuit breakers based on their needs. It includes features to prevent incorrect operations; for instance, when using current-limiting high-voltage fuses, if a fuse blows in one phase, the load switch will automatically trip to avoid faults caused by single-phase operation.
4. Transformer Room: This room uses natural ventilation and an automatically controlled forced ventilation cooling system, featuring an exhaust system that adjusts according to temperature changes. This effectively controls the internal temperature to meet operational requirements, and a dehumidification device can be added upon request. The enclosure materials prevent rainwater and debris from entering, ensuring it is suitable for long-term outdoor use with corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and dustproofing, while maintaining an attractive appearance and easy maintenance.
5. Transformer Selection: Users can choose between dry-type or oil-immersed transformers, with options for oil-immersed transformers to have either an oil cushion or be fully sealed without one. Both natural and forced ventilation cooling systems are applicable.
6. Low-Voltage Room: The low-voltage room offers comprehensive functions of low-voltage switchgear, allowing for user selection and any combination of configurations. Various distribution schemes can be provided based on user requirements, including power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power automatic compensation, and energy metering, along with an automatic lighting system.
7. Shell Materials: Options include composite panels, stainless steel composite panels, galvanized zinc plates, stainless steel plates, metal embossed panels, and GRC materials.
8. The high-voltage structure is designed to be compact and rational, with options for SF6, FZN57, and VHC ring network cabinets. All of these include features to prevent incorrect operation, such as preventing the erroneous pulling or closing of circuit breakers, preventing the operation of load-bearing isolation switches, preventing the closing of grounding switches or grounding wires while under load, preventing the closing of grounding switches or the hanging of grounding wires while energized, and preventing accidental entry into live compartments.

6. Installation Location: There should be no conductive dust or harmful corrosive, flammable, or explosive materials that could damage metal insulation.
7. Installation Site: Should be free from severe vibrations, with a vertical tilt not exceeding 3 degrees.
