Gas insulated switchgear (Switchgear)

The Gas insulated switchgear is an integrated power device specifically designed for urban distribution networks. It incorporates a clean air or nitrogen (eco-friendly gas) ring network cabinet, current transformers, voltage transformers, an automated station terminal (DTU), and indicating instruments into a mobile, sealed, moisture-proof, and condensation-proof enclosure. This design significantly shortens the construction period and enhances the operational reliability of urban power grids.

Modular Design: It can use unit cabinets or shared box schemes, supporting various combinations such as two in two out, two in four out, and can even customize more unit combinations based on user requirements.

Diverse Outer Box Materials: The outer box can be made from stainless steel, spray-painted cold-rolled steel, or GRC materials. It can also be customized to create landscape-style or printed-pattern outer boxes, facilitating integration with the surrounding environment.

Standardized Performance: The dimensions and performance indicators meet the requirements of IEC 466, which specifies the rated voltage of above 1KV and below 38KV for AC insulated enclosed switchgear and control equipment.

  2. Altitude: no more than 3000m.
  3. Relative humidity: the daily average value < 95%, the monthly average value ≤ 90%.

  5. Workplace: The surrounding air is not visibly polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive and/or combustible gas, steam or salt spray; There is no fire explosion, serious pollution, serious chemical corrosion and severe vibration.
