DC Charging Pile (60-320kW) for EV Fast Charging

This product is a new-generation integrated DC fast charging station for electric vehicles. The system features built-in 30/40kW constant power charging modules with a maximum output voltage of 1000V, meeting the charging needs of various types of vehicles. The module is equipped with isolation air ducts for high reliability, suitable for use in various harsh environments. The system is compatible with power configurations from 60 to 320kW, supports single-gun and dual-gun configurations as well as power distribution, and is compatible with multi-station ring network solutions. It can be widely used in various public and dedicated charging stations.

Professional Heat Dissipation Design: Utilizes a scientific ventilation scheme to ensure adequate airflow through the module, control internal temperatures, and enhance module efficiency.

Wide Voltage Range: Supports DC charging output from 150-1000V and constant power charging output from 300-1000V, suitable for charging both passenger vehicles and large vehicles.

Stable and Reliable: Fully equipped with positive and negative busbar DC contactors and fuses, emergency stop switch, input lightning arrester, leakage switch, grounding and insulation detection monitoring safety protection devices, providing multiple layers of protection and logic at both software and hardware levels.

Active Protection: Deep interaction with the Battery Management System (BMS), with the charging station actively participating in the monitoring of the charging process to ensure safety.

Dual Waterproof and Dustproof Capability: The distribution and control use a dual-chamber design, with inlet and outlet airflow employing a maze design, providing dual-layer waterproof and dustproof protection.

No Debug Needed: Vehicle-friendly charging, tested with 99.6% of vehicle manufacturers, stable in use, and requires no additional debugging.
