Ultra-Fast EV Charging Station (480kW/360kW)
This product is a split type high-power charging system designed for high-power charging stations. The system features a power cabinet with six dual-gun charging terminals, totaling 12 output channels. The power cabinet has a rated power of 480 kW and is equipped with isolation air ducts and encapsulated charging modules, ensuring high reliability. The charging terminals can be optionally equipped with either standard 250A output terminals or liquid-cooled 500A terminals. The standard terminal offers a maximum output of 180 kW per gun, while the liquid-cooled terminal offers a maximum output of 480 kW per gun. The system uses CoolRing technology for intelligent power distribution between terminals, which can enhance the utilization of charging parking spaces and power at the charging station. The system features high protection ratings of IP54(the power cabinet) and IP65(the charging terminals), making it suitable for various application scenarios.
Adjustable Power: The charging power unit features a modular design, allowing for flexible expansion.
Wide Voltage Range: Supports DC charging output from 150-1000V and constant power charging output from 300-1000V, suitable for charging both passenger vehicles and large vehicles.
Stable and Reliable: Fully equipped with positive and negative busbar DC contactors and fuses, emergency stop switch, input lightning arrester, leakage switch, grounding and insulation detection monitoring safety protection devices, providing multiple layers of protection and logic at both software and hardware levels.
Flexible Charging: The power output of each charging gun can be dynamically distributed according to the vehicle's battery needs, allowing for flexible adjustment of output power.
Air or Liquid Cooling Options: Can be equipped with standard 250A dual-gun charging terminals or optional 500A liquid-cooled charging terminals. The terminals are connected in a ring network, enabling output per gun of 180 kW or 480 kW.
No Debug Needed: Vehicle-friendly charging, tested with 99.6% of vehicle manufacturers, stable in use, and requires no additional debugging.
