Double-Pole Low Voltage Vacuum Contactor (CNE2)
This series of vacuum contactors reaches a high level of performance both domestically and internationally. These vacuum contactors are suitable for use in power network systems with alternating current (AC) at 50-60 Hz, with a main circuit voltage of 1.14-2 kV and a main circuit rated current ranging from 1000 A to 2000 A. They are designed for long-distance switching and breaking, as well as for frequent starting and controlling of AC motors, transformers, and capacitor banks. This series particularly suitable for low-voltage compensation in submerged arc furnaces and as main switches on the AC side in locomotive, wind power, and photovoltaic high-power inverter systems.
The vacuum contactor features a fully enclosed structure, making it dust-resistant, aging-resistant, aesthetically pleasing, and maintenance-free.
It uses military-grade specialized vacuum ceramic bottles with high capacity and excellent heat dissipation.
The product offers superior switching performance with good breaking and making characteristics. It can handle frequent operations with a mechanical life exceeding 300,000 cycles.
It is suitable for use as the main AC switch in locomotives, wind power systems, and high-power photovoltaic inverters. Additionally, it can frequently switch capacitor banks and is used in short-circuit compensation for electric arc furnace systems, providing stable and reliable performance.
